The house was perfect. It was clean, tidy and had some surprising features - Genevieve explained that the house was once the local picture house and that the owner had taken up plaster work and created what I can only describe as an elaborate work of art on one of the ceilings upstairs. Would we go back? in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for three weeks in June. First the two of us, then my wife's sister arrived for a week, then our best friends showed up for six days. There was plenty of space with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Location is absolutely ideal! Just outside Galway, it was never more than hour's drive to reach all the Wild Atlantic Way sights. In town, all the restaurants and pubs are within a five minute walk. The full kitchen made eat-in meals simple. The washer/dryer worked well, once we learned not to overload it! Living area downstairs was cozy and comfortable. Cannot recommend this house more highly. We loved every minute of our stay!

Great house in a fab location for seeing Kinvara and surrounding areas. Easy check in and check out, great communication and hosts very accommodating! Thanks for a great base on the West Coast!

Kinvara is a stunning little village and the cottage is right in the heart of it. The hosts were lovely - friendly, communicative and very helpful without being in your face. The cottage is cute, quirky and really warm and cosy. Great WIFI, TV etc. which was useful as we travelled with our two children. The only complaint we had was that we had to leave!

Niamh’s Place in central Kinvara is the perfectly situated base for exploring Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. The house itself is crisp and clean, nicely appointed and well equipped with tasteful furnishings and spanking new appliances for brewing tea, toasting brown bread and doing laundry. There were only two of us but we could have shared the place with up to three more quite conveniently. You could not find a better haven from which to explore this beautiful country!

Wonderful stay in a delightful community. Niamh's House is wonderfully quirky. There's plenty of room, a lovely fireplace, it's well stocked with what we needed, and it's very comfortable. The location is amazing - right next to grocery shopping, cafes, pubs, the harbour, and a castle!

Everything about staying at Niamh’s House was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, with so much thought and character in all the details - it is spotlessly clean, and has lots of space. We were five adults staying and we were very comfortable. It is in a great location, in the middle of the village and right next to the harbour. There are some great little pubs around Kinvara with some fantastic trad music sessions, and the farmers’ market on every Friday is just around the corner from the cottage. I highly recommend staying at Niamh’s House - a wonderful experience all round.
